The World Riichi App has been released! Find it on the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store. It’s free!
Ask on Discord (ZAPS/ApplySci) if you want to use it for your tournament.
It lists live information about riichi mahjong tournaments: players, current scores, schedule, location and seating arrangements.
It sets alarms for the start of hanchan, and provides notifications when seating, schedule and scores are updated. Live scores appear in the app, the moment they are published.
The app is open source.
Privacy
We do not collect any personal data from the app. There is no login.
Terms of Service
The app is provided on an as-is basis. You’re still the one responsible for getting yourself to the right table at the right time, during a tournament.
This app supersedes the previous version, which was released by All-Ireland Mahjong. It’s the same authors, and the same code base, but with World Riichi branding & integration.
